Characteristics

K.D.L. – S is liquid dextrin that is produced by hydrolyzing starch. This liquid dextrin is high in viscosity, dries quickly, has low moisture absorption, and is slightly sweet. Since it contains no more tan 5% glucose and 10% maltose, K.D.L. – S is approximately 1/6th the sweetness of sugar.
 
★K.D.L – S is ideal for any applications that make the most use of the aforementioned characteristics.
