Characteristics

Substitute for Sago Starch is a cornstarch-based flour with a high degree of fluidity.
White and highly dispersible, it serves as a convenient substitute for sago starch.
It produces little cloudiness upon boiling and does not markedly increase the viscosity of boiling water.
It is well suited for soba, udon, and other noodle products, along with wrappers for Chinese-style meat dumplings and jiaozi (pot stickers).
